Your Exclusive Benefit: Waived Administrative Fee
The people who keep our community running deserve a place that takes care of them. Eagles Landing is proud to recognize the hardworking professionals of eastern Idaho with an exclusive move-in benefit. If you work for one of our preferred employers, we'll waive your administrative fee, just for doing the work you already do.
How It Works
Claiming your benefit is simple. Just let our leasing team know where you work when you schedule a tour or submit an application, and we'll take it from there.
Eligible Employers Include:
- Energy and Science Professionals at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and Battelle Alliance
- Healthcare Professionals at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC), Mountain View Hospital, and Idaho Falls Community Hospital
- Educators and School Staff at Bonneville School District 93, Idaho Falls School Disturb 91, College of Eastern Idaho, and BYU-Idaho
- First Responders, including Bonneville Country fire District and Bonneville Country Sheriff's office
- Military Personnel at Idaho Military Division
- Business and Corporate Employees at Melaleuca and Ky Ani
