Aquariums will be allowed with a 5-gallon maximum on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
All Fees and Deposits Due at Move In
Service and Assistance animals are not subject to breed restrictions, fees, deposits, or rent.

Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Malamute, English or Tibetan Mastiff, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, and Wolf-Dog Hybrid.
